The cliché phrase "home away from home" is all to often over used and therefore under appreciated but there is simply no other way of describing this incredible place. Beautiful surrounds, fabulous hosts, absolutely everything you need and more is provided. I just cannot rate Russell Falls Holiday Cottages high enough and I would highly recommend to anybody wishing to spend a few relaxing days in the wilderness. Thank you so much for a truly lovely stay.

Tim and Kala are awesome hosts... great communication and very friendly and helpful.
The cottage accommodation was super cut and packed with everything you need - including a full coffee machine as well as a full laundry set up, and everything in between.
Just a short stroll to the national park and an easy 25 minute return walk to Russell Falls - definitely worth seeing.
Sad that we only spent one night here, we'll definitely be back!

Situated next to National Park.
Clean and comfortable cabin with everything provided.
As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and at home.
Lots of thoughtful little extras provided.
Hosts checked in just after we arrived to see if we were settled and asked if anything else was needed.
Fantastic experience

Cottage 1. lovely location, big bedroom window overlooking the river, deck out the back great place to relax. very clean and tidy, well appointed. hosts accommodating and friendly. had those little touches like marshmallows to go with the hot chocolate sachets that made our visit extra special. hot plates and microwave with utensils, etc. BBQs… in the park, next time I'd take bbq provisions. the national park hotel is about 700m up the road and do fantastic meals. children's playground in the national park, fresh water fishing in the river (if you have licence)

We stayed here in March 2021 for 4 nights in cabin 1. Located right by the river, couldn’t ask for a better location. The cottage is well appointed with pretty much everything you need.
The National Park entrance is a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of walks close by, and the 3 falls walk not too far.
Easy check-in and out - completely contactless. Hosts have nice little touches to the cabin with some basic supplies.
Would happily stay here again.

Above and beyond.
Beautiful accommodation set alongside the Tyenna River and a short walk to the stunning Mt Field National Park.
Large and comfortable accommodation with little extras to make your stay that little bit easier.
We left something behind and after searching all our bags and car and racking our brains we contacted them and they immediately searched for it, found it and organised to post it back to us.
Thank you, we will definitely be back. Loved our stay.

What a beating hidden gem, wish I could have stayed longer. Impeccable service, clean and tidy, has everything you need if you were to use it as a base or a mid journey re group point. You can do some washing,… wake up to the wildlife and sound of the river running. Has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend this gorgeous, quiet, intimate little stay with all the bells and whistles and great staff.

Wow! Such a lovely place to stay. We stayed in Cottage 2 and had an amazing stay! Even though our children ended up having to join us for our overnight stay, nothing was too much trouble and the attention to detail was impressive. The cottage was clean and well presented, with little extra touches not seen in regular accommodation establishments.… Our children were well catered for with some lovely little extras that they really appreciated.
