BEWARE DO NOT GO NEAR. I purchased an investment property from them they were the sellers and the managing agents. They lied and deceived me. I asked pre purchase if there had been any maintenance requests in and were there any outstanding and I was told NO by Glynis and 3 days after settlement i receive an email saying "congratulations on your purchase , the garage doors need fixing". The maintenance request was put in prior to settlement and they lied and held the information from me. I have also since found out that the garage door have been attended to 4 times previously, yet when I asked about

We needed a place to move into quickly, they got us approved really fast which was great. We moved into the property and we already notice the damages in the house. But they say they will fix it but never really come to it. Been living in the property for three years. The time we were leaving, we clean up the house as good as we can. Did the garden as requested. But still we didn't get our bond. They used it on repairing the damages that was there before we moved in. And made there own calculations on the cost of repairs to exact amount to the bond. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I struggled finding a house for myself and kids and this real estate was kind enough to give me a go. i've dealt with blake and melissa with 2 properties and they were amazing, anything needed to be fixed they were on to it straight away. Second rental i struggled and fell behind in rent and Melissa was quick to help me sort the problem out. Thank you Guys highly recommended this real estate

My investment property was poorly managed and there was hardly any communication from my Property Manager Blake. I was constantly chasing up information instead of it being provided to me in a timely manner (like it has been with my new PM from a different Real Estate Agency). If you’re looking for rent arrears, water bill arrears, invoices sent to the wrong person, no scheduled/timely inspections which led to property damages from the tenant, you have come to the right place. And what is worse, they will deflect all fault from themselves even though you are paying them to look after your best

I request my manager many times to give limit in water bill . If I drink 1 cup of water then I have to pay it . I am international student and I have one kid . It is very difficult to me but my manager say u have to pay all water and no any limit. If u don't pay then I can breech ur lease. That's not fair. It is harassment. My all neighbors have no water bill. I am only one who have to pay waterbill . I am living from 6 months . There are no any complaint of us but they should be cooperative with us. I am very disappointing to this behaviour. Plz give some limit in waterbill
