Warning to renters - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is my experience in 8 months, It took 1.5 weeks to get electricity connected + I had to be at home on a weekday for it to be connected, I had 3 fire alarm inspections in 6 months (the second one cancelled 5 mins before they were due to arrive) plus 2 property inspections in 6 months, They do not communicate via email or sms, you have to check the letterbox every day to know when the next inspection is happening, when I let them know I was moving out they cmpletely stopped all communication except to tell me I owe them money for every thing
