Appalling service. And disgusting behavior and toxic attitude by the Principal David in this business. Various examples of professional misconduct, ignorance and incompetence. Failed on many fronts including withholding the facts, lying (to both myself as a vendor, and a potential buyer), not operating with due process, complete laziness in exchange of sale contract, misrepresentation, favouring the buyers conditions over mine as vendor, and not following up leads. Unfortunately we had this real estate business manage our house over two years with two tenants ,the first damages the grounds and unit the second lot damages the house and various items stolen and damaged.
The agents had not done anything ,and explained their irresponsibility
by suggesting it was fair wear and tear and hard to prove anything. total cost of labour and materials $4500. If I had done that in the property I am renting I would have been kicked out and a claim made against me. They just don't care.
