I was unsure at first as their email responses takes longer than what I am used to in the city. After observing them, I see the agent go out of their way for people. NEVER seen this much care about property and people - like picking up package for previous tenant that was sent to my place and coming by to take care of unoccupied unit that is giving issues to the rest of the property - etc.. Just lovely. And yes, they probably are a bit unconventional. This is great when the world has gone a bit off.

I’m sure Linda Ford has Bi-Polar. Nice one minute & rude the next conversation in the same day. We just brought a half a million dollar property (first time home owners) & she didn’t even turn up for settlement day. One key only was left on kitchen bench for the front door only. Not even a SOLD sign out the front for a selfie!
Previous tenants made no attempt to clean house or property! Poor management on Linda’s attempt.
I do not recommend this company!

After already having drama's with this real estate over prior interest in a property for sale. Low and behold they are at it again. For the owner/licensee of the real estate to contact me and say"you need to build a bridge and get over it" followed by a prompt hang up. Very professional Linda....NOT. I don't know how they get their license ...maybe a cereal packet. ( I wouldn't have given a star, but had no choice.)

Very misleading as a genuine real estate. Will never do business with that horrible real estate again! They charged me over $200 for some small indentations on the lounge room carpet from our new lounge! Like omg you couldn't even see it unless you put your head up close. Money hungry scamming people! 😡
