An absolute breeze to deal with. Moved a very heavy piano with ease and no fuss. Would recommend using Powell Piano Removals over an other furniture company. Don't make the mistake of using someone who will damage your piano or your property (I've been burnt before). These guys know what they're doing!

I just want to thank these guys for their amazing effort for my fathers funeral. They agreed at very short notice to transport my dads precious Mini Grand around Adelaide with very tight timeframes. I know they had to shuffle other commitments to achieve it but never complained. They did it with grace, professionalism and compassion. Not a mark on it after multiple rapid deliveries in one day. I highly recommend!

If you love your piano, please avoid this company at all costs.
Our 120+ year old family heirloom, which we had just spent $10K on to fully restore, was delivered today to my house by a single Powell employee.
He did not notify me that he had arrived, and despite being aware of the grade of the site (he was one of two original Powell employees who removed it in the first place and I also reminded him on the pre-arrival call a few days ago) along with the fact that it was muddy due to a tap leaking, he proceeded to attempt to shuffle the piano up by himself rather than contact me for an alternative

We needed a pianola moved between houses, not a great distance but a tricky area for delivery. This was accomplished without problems and with great skill and I would not hesitate to recommend their services. They made it look so easy and were friendly and courteous. Many thanks.
