My first time at Takeshi & Team! Justin did an amazing job with my haircut. I showed a photo of what I wanted and he confirmed the length, layers, fringe etc. Overall experience (wash, cut, blow dry and styling) was roughly an hour. The other staff members were friendly and welcoming. Would come back again!

Awesome team! My little sister has social anxiety, is very picky. Getting her hair cut is one of the toughest thing to do especially with the whole covid restrictions - can't be in there with her.

I am updating my review this time as I am not happy with Takeshi customer service.
In the starting they were nice when I went to them first time. after first wash I saw my hair were not properly straight. Then after few more washes, they started looking very freezy.
I contacted Takeshi, they didn't talk to me nicely and showed attitude saying they have other customers to attend. They charged me more money to fix them but guess what, again bad result and after one wash my hair were freezy.
I contacted them once again and they stopped answering my phone calls and not replying to my text messages

Very friendly and good customer service. Good communication - went in to get a digital perm, didnt know they cant do it on bleached hair (my ends were still bleached from 3 years ago) so they kindly offered me their expert advice and we agreed to try trim most of the bleached ends off first, but the lady made sure I was okay with the length throughout the session. Understanding to my wants as well - decided to add protection when the hair was starting to get a bit too short to save some length :) Very happy with the results as well, and reasonable prices too! Love coming back to this place for haircut! I always go to Chika for my haircut, she is very detailed with her work and takes time to cut my hair. She also provides advice on what hair style would suit me the best. I brought my mum to her for a haircut before, and my mum loved it too! Now both of us are her fans!
Haircut price is a little high but it is totally worth it! Highly recommended!

I was browsing for hydration treatment for Sydney CBD. I shortlisted Takeshi along with other salons for consultation. Takeshi was number 3 on my list. As soon as I consulted them I get to know that they have someting for my hairs as I don't want to go for chemical treatment keratin as I have fine & wavy hairs & frizzy hairs(on top). I was more looking into spa for my hairs. The tall guy(don't know his name) attended me and listen to my concerns. He suggested the Imphenom 5 step treatment($70)for hydration. I asked to dye my hair blonde. To make a long story short, they burnt my scalp and as a result it got infected. A lump formed and it lasted for 3 weeks. I couldn't even lie down on it without it hurting. I should have realised something was wrong once they put the toner in and my scalp felt like it was on fire... one of the worst pains I've felt in my life. They refused to to compensate me and they didn't respond to fair trading after I took it up with them. NEVER come here. I went through nearly a month of hell because of their work and they didn't have the decency to try and resolve it with me
