Tim was very helpful. Firstly , I had trouble finding the workshop and Tim patiently guided me to the premises. Secondly, he came out to the car park to meet me and Thirdly, he was able to fix my computer. Can’t ask for better service than that. Thankyou for your quick response to my computer problems. A job well done.

My desktop would not boot up and Tim repaired it for me 9 months ago, he found the problem quickly and replaced the RAM with a used stick he sourced from another computer of the same age to get it up and going. The unit is 10 years old and suitable new RAM was no longer made. He kept me informed of the process and let me know when it was ready to be collected. Price charged was very reasonable. Last week the same thing happened and again he got it up and running and did not even charge me for his service nor for the part. Extremely happy with PC Fixit and their willingness to go far and beyond

I did not have a good experience when I phoned up to get a quote. While discussing the issue Tim was very dismissive and rude. When I inquired about price Tim was vague and was not able to give a clear answer. I felt like he was just trying to get money from me instead of trying to help solve my problem.

Great bloke. After the heartbreaking moment of mates pc dying, the team at PCFIXIT let my mate borrow a CPU to do some testing over the weekend.
He rang about 7 other companies but no one was kind enough to do this. Thanks for allowing the boys gaming weekend to go ahead! Four blokes in desperate need of socialising appreciate it.

Tim never replies to my messages nor does he call me back. I have emailed, left several messages and a Facebook message. He still has my property after almost 3 weeks and nothing is making sense I have yet to receive any communication back. Tim asked for all my passwords and then leaves me with no information or confirmation on when this will be resolved I have been highly stressed and would not use this service again. Tim finally contacts me after I left a bad review threatening legal action surprise surprise. Asked to collect my things didn't meet me at agreed time and has blocked me on Facebook

Our company recently engaged PCFIXIT Business IT Solutions to design and deploy a Wireless connection between our 2 business locations to allow the addition of another office. They arranged the entire job, ensuring all OHS requirements were met for our site.
During the installation we also upgraded our internet to 100/100 after they performed a cost analysis of our existing services and found that we could get a faster connection for a nominal additional fee.
My wife is no longer loathing our "Network Cupboard" after it was upgraded to a Data Rack, now all the obsolete

Has held our possessions for 3weeks , we said we require it back after 1week then when there was no repairs made and very poor contact making several appointments that never got adhered to by him, we asked to get our stuff back. now after another week of trying to make contact we got an appointment ti pick up our belongings with an appointment he messaged he would be an hour late 10mins later than the appointment we were already there for so am still waiting out front his shop hour later and no returned belongings yet. Please avoid this business as they have no respect for anyone else's time but

Tim was friendly and super helpful! The touchpad on my MacBook Air stopped working and when I called he suggested a few things that could be affecting it. When I met him to drop it off he opened it up and found it was a minor problem and fixed it straight away. Really appreciated your help Tim, efficient and trustworthy, thanks again!
