We can speed up that slow laptop, replace the screen (and any other parts), and get that old iMac to turn on (including, unfortunately, the annoying startup ding!) Whether its the Windows blue screen of death, a virus, or perhaps you just need more storage space, we can sort it out quickly so you can get back to digging out of your mountain of email.
IT Services Gold Coast service all Apple computers and laptops, new and old, including: MacBook, MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMacs, Mac minis, Mac Pro, iBook, Powerbook (and once even an original 1987 Macintosh II!) If Apple has told you your Macbook has a logic board fault, they will generally quote you a very high fee for a full logic board replacement.
This includes iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S, 6, 6S and of course the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. We specialise in iPad Glass and LCD Replacement. We use custom designed equipment allowing us to repair iPads properly, to a very high standard. This also means we are able to repair the latest models such as the iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, iPad mini 3, and iPad mini 4.
We offer mobile computer repairs on the Gold Coast. We will come to you for PC laptop and computer repairs, Apple Mac computer and laptop repairs, troubleshooting software problems e.g. Please keep in mind that some jobs are simply too big, too time consuming, or simply require tools that we are unable to bring to your home.

Exceptional service. An authorised Apple agent recommended IT Services as they were unable to reair my computer due to it's age. It's the best recommendation I've had for any business. I wish all buinesses were as professional and efficient. I've now taken 2 computers in for service and they're working better than they were when new.

The team at IT Services were very friendly and helpful reviving my 8yo mac. They helped provide a solution to help me get back to work. Their turn around was quite fast and was back to working within a few days. They also fixed some dints, old keys and rubber stabilisers and now my mac looks great again. Many thanks.

Great prices and excellent service! Michael and his staff are superb. Michael ensured my macbook pro was running again and saved my hard drive. I am particularly grateful to Michael for the care he took with my laptop despite it being out of warranty for one of the parts previously replaced. He was very understanding and accommodating and fixed the issue quickly. Also, across the Covid-19 pandemic they have been excellent with their communication which I really appreciated. Top service on all levels. Excellent Pricing too. First contact was from me on their webpage - received a care call that afternoon with options to choose from. Arrived at the shop and immediately Michael asked all the right questions. He said if he couldn't bring old faithful back from the dead, working, looking and feeling brand new, then he would give me all my money back. That was a big promise. I'm talking a nearly decade old MacBook Pro here. Not only did he follow through on his promise, he had it delivered it to my door. Felt like Xmas. That's Gold!

I brought in my laptop hoping for a quick fix but unfortunately it wasn’t so. They quickly did various tests to eliminate possible causes of the issue and gave me my options. Even though it was a bad news for me, they were very patient with all of my queries. We ended up transferring the data from old laptop into refurbished Mac book they sell, which I wasn’t comfortable with to start with since I’ve never owned a Mac, but because they have installed windows, everything is pretty much as it was before. The team at IT Services Gold Coast are amazing! Thank you so much for fixing my iMac and going over and beyond with your service, I really appreciate it. The hard drive needed replacing and Boston and team made sure it was done before the Easter long weekend as I really needed the computer. Had my daughters' Macbook Air's hard drive upgraded at this repair shop. It was a really tricky job as she also needed to have installed both Mac Os and Windows.
Dave (the American guy) handled the job with the upmost professionalism and expertise. He also kept us up-to-date on the progress of the job.

One of the reasons I decided to join the Apple community was the meticulous attention to detail in design, quality and performance.
