Always gets to stayed in Accor properties, reviews usually up and down and Average based on the property, it’s amenities and their team members,
However this particular site stood out from the rest on the wrong side.
Rick the outlet manager personally served me and literally gave the worst service of all absolutely ridiculous and all hyped up and busy. Disappointed to the max and didn’t end up eating there. Given that I hold an Accor Plus membership

We recently got married here, from the moment we arrived 37 of us, we felt so welcome, from the wedding planner Jaime who was amazing, the bar and restaurant staff and the door man was so lovely. Food was amazing, villa's were beautiful, the spa was fantastic. We had a great time and will be returning.

Staying here right now. My husband noticed not enough electrical outlets in our room. Not enough cupboard space for clothes for 2 ppl. No daily servicing even though we are staying for 3 nights. No microwave!… What the?? You guys must really be cost saving for a 5 Star resort! Also the worst thing of all, this place still has breakfast BUFFET with Covid numbers being so high! Also, the breakfast wasn’t the best. Dry bacon and cold eggs and not much of a choice at all.

I wanted to Thank all pullman resort staff for making the return of holidays and weekends away that much more better after a very tough year of lockdowns and disappointments our quick stay was made well worth it, a extra special Thank you to Lucy the restaurant manager you were exceptional so knowledgeable and very warm , complements to the Chef Nancy the dinner we had at Baretts was amazing. This is by far the best resort i have stayed at in awhile 😊

We got a last minute stay for $269 which was reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Our villa was comfortable though probably needs freshening up soon with a coat of paint. Excellent facilities with indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts and beach access. Optional breakfast was reasonable but very expensive

Had a beautiful family breakfast last Sunday to celebrate my nans birthday! Easy to book, lovely food, incredible service! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely experience! Food was lovely and reasonably priced 😊 I hadn’t been there since my brother got married in 2017 - which was also incredible! Will be making an effort to visit more often. Almost hesitant to leave this review as I don’t want everyone rushing to this hidden gem 😅 Amazing! Highly recommend ✨

The resort itself is quite beautiful and has many activities to entertain kids such as pool, playground, tennis courts etc.
We stayed at a 3 bedroom villa. The villa was nice enough, but it was lacking basic amenities. No spare garbage bags, no salt and pepper in the rooms etc. but there were questionable experiences with the service.
Firstly, we were surprised to learn that the hotel charged $50 for housekeeping and linen service. Notwithstanding this, we requested this service but never received it. We also requested a rollaway bed but never received it either.

A get together with fabulous friends today for High Tea! The food was excellent but I Would like to thank Kayla & Kim for their professionalism, attention to detail and friendly service that was faultless. I hope management are aware how lucky they are to have them on staff. Thanks again for a wonderful afternoon.

Enjoyed our stay there. its was a great weekend getaway. Staff very friendly and helpful very relaxing atmosphere. They just need to check the cleanliness of the Villas. carpet was covered in stains and the… cupboards in the master bedroom had cobwebs in them. I'm not talking simple small cobwebs, these things were massive.
Apart from that we had a great time. Food was amazing and the drinks too.
