We have been using Agile Tech Support for many years now with our business & the service David provides us is second to none. David has always gone over and above what one would expect. Taking calls & performing remote sessions to rectify issues that have sprung up requiring an immediate fix to keep the business rolling along smoothly.
Agile Tech support can in most cases remotely fix computer issues via ‘Team Viewer’ without the need to come to site. This gets us back up and running very quickly.

David upgraded our home business ICT network enabling us to remotely access and share files, manage our IT platform more efficiently and improve our cyber security (he showed us how vulnerable we were).
He is very knowledgeable and was able to fix problems both on-site and remotely.
He also neatly installed new cabling required for our enhanced Wi-Fi network. As a small business (4 staff) we recommend him to anyone needing to upgrade their ICT systems and security.

David is always ready and wiling to help, and he speaks "English"! He has just installed a security system for us and was totally professional - and the system works very well. He did his best to keep costs down for us and was honest enough to credit us when he obtained some of the equipment for a lesser price. He provides a very good ongoing service.
