Terrible level of customer care, avoid if you can. Initial install of our POS was a nightmare with these guys and dragged on for way longer than it should have. When they finally did get everything up and running there were issues with our primary terminal which resulted in a windows file corruption down the track. Made appointments that they failed to keep and in the end refused to come and fix the problem. Its been a long time since I've worked with a service provider showing such an open level of disdain for the customer. There are plenty of other operators in this space that are competent and

We had so may problems with our guest WIFI in the past and really needed to improve the service for our guests. We engaged Steve and Pete from Datrys and couldn't believe the outcome they got for us. Full WIFI signal in every room of a 120 room hotel with solid concrete walls and floors with 300Mbps download speed! Also, being local they can be onsite quickly if we have to call them for anything. I highly recommend getting the boys in if you have any tech issues, especially WIFI!
