Roland began his training and education in his birth country of South Africa and developed his expertise in the UK before settling in Melbourne and creating Coolpro. Really impressed with the service provided by Roland and the Coolro team. They communicated well, kept me in the loop when sourcing parts and were really prompt in coming out quickly to get the job done. I was told by other technicians I would have to cut a hole in my ceiling, but Coolro managed to avoid this, saving me a lot of hassle and money. I am so pleased and grateful my heating is working again, and the price was below other quotes! Tony and his assistant were friendly and very trustworthy as I had to leave the house a few times during the job. Thanks Roland really appreciate your amazing
