It's been a whole year since my last visit to Pol Hair Design and my locks were in need of some serious TLC. The team at Pol Hair Design worked with me leading up to my appointment to understand the current state of my hair and my ideas on where I wanted to take my hair.
Pol Hair Design have relocated this year and this was my first visit to their new salon. It was great to arrive and be greeted with hand sanitiser and the demonstration of covid-safe practices for the duration of my appointment.

I went in to color and style my hair (that WAS down to my bottom and thick) for them to knot/mat my hair so badly I was informed I had to cut it ear length. It felt like there was rocks in it.
DO NOT RECOMMEND POL HAIR DESIGN IN PAKENHAM!!!!!!
Unless you want to lose all your hair.
Absolutely devastated about it.
Still feel sick and want to cry when I think about it and look in the mirror.

Lovely place, relaxing, staff friendly and welcoming and most important part of this review, there is a master of hairdressing there who will make you feel million dollars.
All in all I say go and see for your self.

Best hairdressers in Pakenham. I go weekly due to illness for a wash and blow wave. Definitely wouldn't be doing this if the staff weren't professional and always happy to see you. The atmosphere is great. Everyone is made to feel welcome and special. You always walk out of Pol feeling great. 😋

Consistently top grade cuts and colour that always hit the spot. Stefano is creative and really in tune with what would look great and is well worth making the trip over from the other side of the city! Wouldnt go anywhere else!

The salon nice enough and staff friendly. Got a simple ladies cut and straighten for $75 which I personally though was too expensive. Cut was a little uneven and a chunk taken out of one side. Unfortunately won't be going back.
