Keys2Drive is a revolutionary approach to learning road safety and the free driving lesson is an opportunity for the learner driver, driving instructor and parent/supervisor to learn it together. The ideal timing for the free lesson is after you have done around 5-10 hours. Don't let this deter you from booking a free lesson if you have already done more hours, the lesson can be very valuable at any stage.
Perhaps you have a few hours under your belt or even rounding out your 100 logbook hours. Whatever stage of your learners journey you are up too Eaton's A1 is the answer to getting your P's. Every hour you drive with an accredited trainer counts for 3 hours in your logbook-up to a maximum of 10 actual hours or 30 logbook hours.
Our highly experienced Instructors will teach take you through the critical components you need to know for you practical driving test. Our Instructors know the testing 'hot spots' for each testing center which will give you the upper hand when completing your practical exam. Complete the requirements of the Learners logbook and log 100 hours in your learner's log book.
The 8 hour course is 85% practical and involves advanced exercises on wet and dry bitumen; plus cornering techniques on the driver training circuit. You will also learn through experience how to recognize and control skids on a wet skidpan circuit. Advanced Cornering Techniques and vehicle control during laps of the Driver Training Circuit.
We complete our Eaton's A1 driver assessments using a wide variety of methods and tools that allows us to evaluate, measure, and document the practical readiness, learning progress and skill acquisition of our candidates. Eaton's A1 is a decent enough school, however content is definitely not the same with every teacher. I've had 5 or so lessons with them, and I can only really reccomend Andrew Broadbent, Geoff Keck and Elliot Ingram. Every other instructor I've had has told me different things each time, and I keep fetting told that what I've learnt is completely wrong. Communication between driving and doing manoeuvres is very minimal, and the instructors talk a lot about irrelevant topics. My test is in 3 weeks and I'm being told everything I do is wrong.

I used my keys2drive lesson through eatons a1 driving, i have had a few years experience driving but was brushing up on my skills as i don't get to drive often. The driver instructor i was given turned up late, on two occassions told me to proceed through a turn even though my view was obstructed and it was a two lane road (unsafe instrictions) and i turned when i was confident it was safe to do so. the driver instructor at every set of lights we stopped at proceeded to costantly touch the gearstick to put it in neutral this to me is a big no no i have always been taught no one is supposed to touch

Not happy with my experience at all, The instructors / owners really don't care about you. Would suggest not paying for bulk lessons up front as from my experience they were eager to take my money straight away but once my lessons commenced they did not show any care. Took them many days to reply to texts & emails, did not answer my phone calls. It was such a hassle to organise driving lessons as they simply just did not care as I had already paid. It was clear to me that they just wanted my money and did not care about my progression in driving. Would definitely recommend going through another

I took my first lesson with andrew lacking confidence and driving skills, but my driving ability significantly improved every lesson. Andrew is very positive, friendly, helpful and down to earth person. I would highly recommend Eatons A1 Driving School if you're wanting to pass your test first go.
