First Class service from Mordialloc Florist! I ordered flowers over the phone to be delivered. From the phone call to the follow up email and then another email to let me know the flowers had been delivered the service was excellent. The lovely lady on the phone was so helpful, friendly and patient. The whole process was fantastic. Best of all the recipient of the flowers was over the moon and absolutely delighted. Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers and superb customer service. I made an error when placing a delivery order and contacted Kylie via email. Even that it was over Public Holidays, she responded promptly and that error was corrected - great communication, thank you Kylie. Flowers arrived before 11am on the day and recipients was delighted. Excellent!

Amazing flowers and fantastic, speedy service. I purchased two identical sympathy arrangements for family members and they were delivered promptly. I received an individual notification via email when each arrangement was delivered. My cousin sent me a photo, and the flowers are stunning and super high quality. HIGHLY recommend!

I am never disappointed in flowers I buy for myself or the arrangements that I have sent to family and friends. The quality of the flowers is always of an exceptional standard and the arrangements are always creative and beautiful. I am currently in NYC and I made my latest purchase on line, which I found super easy! I was absolutely delighted with the ‘Rustic Recycled Timber 5 Bottle Rack’ arrangement that was delivered and my friend who received them was thrilled!
