Copies of Milin Builders OHSE and Rehabilitation Policies are displayed on site in prominent locations. Ensure compliance with nominated Acts, Regulations, Standards and relevant Codes of Practice and Guidelines. Maintain and reinforce the client's confidence in the safety, environmental and quality input into the project through appropriate reporting mechanisms and open and frank disclosure and discussion.
At Milin Builders, we understand there are many things to think about when you move into your new home. I bought a townhouse in Denman Prospect build by Milin. The build was perfect, I am 4 months in and have no major defects to report. The team were responsive when I had questions and always replied within a day. The team is friendly and I am very happy with the quality of the work done. Thankyou Milin!

As a sub-contractor that helped to build some of Milan's development's I can only vouch for the people I was working with. For a start the Milan building company is an equal opportunity company. There are members of the staff from every corner of the world. The company is concerned with safety and keeps the site impeccably clean while the sub-contractors are working. I have worked for many builders and I know that Milan are doing it to the Australian standard and are working every day to avoid any on-going problems. This is a review by a happy former subbie. Terrible experience with Milin Builders.
In our brand new apartment there is water leaking in and out of the bedroom. The issue has been reported 14 months ago, so far without definitive repair. There has been an embarrassing amount of guessing and patching up based on this guess-work, without actually knowing where the water is coming from. This is the most unprofessional service I've even witnessed.
I'm not going to mention small details... as it would be a very long list.
Truly disappointing experience.

Can confirm previous review - avoid these guys like the plague. The build quality of their work is complete rubbish. I know of two separate properties constructed by Milin brothers that have similar build quality issues to our apartment.
Only a few years after our apartments were built, we are still fixing endless problems, including leaking balconies, and improperly sealed basement, zero attention paid to exterior drainage (like balconies that slope toward an apartment door!) as well as countless problems with the interior build quality.
It's a wonder that they still have a building license
