I was a bricklayer who always loved architecture-and I got to see first hand what happened to houses when architects didn't design them. I decided that I wanted to understand how good houses were designed-and to learn how to build them really well. So I found an unemployed architect and we went into a design-and-build competition-and we won that.
We take great pride in the houses we build and are committed to their maintenance-for as long as you choose. The Manual is created by the Site Manager and Site Administrator who built your house. It is then reviewed by the Bellevarde Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for your house.
