Love this place. 💓 Very satisfied. The tax agents were all friendly and knowledgeable. The chermside office is very nice too. Tax agents are detailed, thorough, and went through everything we were eligible for even without having to mention to them. Highly recommended. We are only going to visit you guys only. Thank you. The service is great but poor communication I did my tax with them on the 2/07/20 was hoping i would get it two weeks after, later I found out I did not sign the forms which they had initially told me that they would send it to me straight away on the 2/07/20 but turns out I had called them up just to remind them them on the 15/07/20 to sign it. I understand that they have other customers to deal with but sort out the one's you have dealt with before to ensure all documents are signed.

After reading nice reviews about this company I thought it would be a good idea in giving them a go for my first ever! It turns out they are the worst I have ever come across since my eight years being in Australia. I would not recommend them at all after a very disappointing outcome. I paid a fee of $65 via Paypal and only to find was charge a extra $95 in fees! W.T.F. seriously.
