Amazing service, came out afterhours to assess our broken hot water system, kept coming back to relight the pilot light so we had hot water while we waited for Rheem to come out and assess to see if it was covered under Warranty, turns out it wasn't, BPG had a brand new hot water system delivered that same day and installed the next morning. You don't get much better service than that.
