Dianella Plumbing and Gas Services replaced the nice metal taps in the shower with cheap poor quality plastic taps, without asking me first whether that is what I wanted. When I questioned them about this afterwards, they said they assumed this is what I wanted since my tenants don't look after anything, which makes no sense. The tap washers had to be replaced a few times in two years due to recurrent dripping, which wouldn't have happened with decent quality taps. Dianella Plumbing also did not seal up the hole in the wall behind the taps, and since the "new" plastic taps did not sit tightly against

Andrew arrived on time and did a first class job replacing my old storage hot water heater with an instantaneous one. His supplier couldn't give him the Rinnai 20 I wanted so he upgraded me to the 26 at no extra charge. The installation is very neat and the area was left spotless as if nobody had been there, highly recommended.
