Bill was great to work with. He helped guide me through options as we were putting window treatments in 5 rooms and I was a bit overwhelmed.Very professional and treatments arrive timely. Can’t imagine a better final product - perfect sizing, clean installation, great color match and good advice from them on the right size louvers and configuration for our spaces. North Shore Shutters gave me many options and helped me to choose blinds that improved the dining room. I previously had curtains that came with the house and the room needed to be modernized. North Shore sent someone who was very helpful and took the time to show me the pluses and minuses of what I could do. I never felt hurried or pressured in any way, which is nice. My wife and I are very satisfied with our recent purchase from Bill and North Shore Shutters. We are remodeling our house top to bottom and were living with black plastic over our windows until we talked with Bill and ordered shades for our three bedrooms and two bathrooms. He made it very easy throughout the entire process from ordering to installation. He was always available to go over any design choices and was patient with me when I triple measured my windows as I just couldn't stop stressing about the right size. The blinds look great and have a rich and solid design that is easy to use and
