Midweek been a long day so thought we would tackle the tavern. The dinning room is small .. The food is acceptable meal presentation ... Keep trying and please don't follow the others who insist on using boards.. Go your own way please.

The Bruschetta.. A great choice of fresh crusty bread and just the perfect amount of fresh diced tomato's and red onion and than Bang the flavours seem to stop, traditionally Sicilian a good drizzle of olive oil fresh Basile garlic butter and fresh parsley over the top just gets

In the neighbourhood on a visit to the northern suburbs and looking for a quick lunch we stopped by the Beldon Tavern in Marmion Avenue. The lounge bar and dining room is relatively small but comfortable and the walls adorned with notices of the daily, nightly, weekly and lunch specials.
The drinks list is fairly basic - the beers from the larger mainstream breweries and the wine unspectacular to say the least - but they no doubt know their local market. We decided on a glass of Jacobs Creek rosé while we awaited our food.
