At Lion Thai our goal is to provide you with a relaxed dining experience combining friendly service with fresh, vibrant, authentic Thai food. Lion Thai is a local family owned business. The joint owner and head chef is originally from Thailand and has a passion to show you the wonderful spices and flavours associated with this cuisine.
Parking is right outside. We have a range of soft drinks for sale and you can bring your own alcohol. We charge $2 per person for corkage. You can download and print our takeaway menu here. The most famous Thai dish, fish mince with chilli paste, deep fried and served with sweet chilli sauce.

Many take-away and dine in experiences from new and old premises - never any complaints!, food is always delicious and consistent, staff and owner really nice and helpful. Will always come back and recommend Lion Thai ☺️ As a vegetarian the red curry with tofu ++cashew nuts is always the best, if you can handle spice.

The food was average but way overpriced for the portion size given (half the bowl was full of shredded cabbage and carrot)
The table was way too small for 4 people to comfortably eat on, even staff were struggling to fit an average amount of dishes on the table without a part of the plate hanging off the edge
Pad Thai was a let down i would not recommend the dish as it lacked flavour and tasted like stodgy noodles with plain vegetables
Staff weren't very friendly
Overall a poor experience and will not be returning.
