I could not recommend Ash more, he is extremely patient, clear, focused and approachable. I had a lot of fear and anxiety around learning to drive and had put it off for years but Ash was able to make me feel comfortable and confident. He has amazing methods at helping you to understand everything, never makes you feel silly for making mistakes and not only focuses on teaching you what you need to know to pass your test but also what you need to know to be an amazing & safe driver after the test. I passed my test first go yesterday and I couldn't have done it without Ash. Highly reccommend!

Ash has been a very patient, helpful, and reassuring teacher with me. I love that he customizes lessons to fit your current skill set, and helps you expand upon your knowledge with practical experience from there. His attention to detail, the advice, the feedback he's given me has helped me tremendously with controlling my nervousness on the road.

My daughter got her licence today after learning with Ashley. We both cannot recommend him more highly. My daughter found him comfortable to be with, calming, professional and explained things clearly. He was very encouraging when she was nervous. After she failed the first 2 times, he went above and beyond to help her to ensure her success. A genuine caring instructor. Don't look anywhere else!!

Being 27 and only having a basic knowledge of driving mixed with an immense fear of being behind the wheel, I knew I was going to need a lot of help... then I found GetUThere & Ash. I read the amazing reviews and after my first lesson, I could attest to everything the 5-star reviews said about Ash. If you're looking for someone to teach you how to drive, I couldn't recommend Ash enough!

Highly recommend this driving school and Ash the instructor. He helped me develop my driving skills and prepared me for my driving test which I passed the first time round. He creates a calm and supportive atmosphere and has fantastic communication skills.
I have had a couple of instructors in the past and Ash was by far the best I came across.

I can highly recommend Ash as a professional and experienced driving instructor. As a mature student with a long term fear of driving, Ash was great at starting with the basics and building confidence over time. His communication is clear and his calm and reassuring personality helps put you at ease. I'm grateful to have found a driving instructor who I felt truly comfortable with and has helped me get my license and on the road.

As a later life learner driver, I took a number of lessons with Ash, who took me from the absolute basics of driving (steering, pedal control) right through to a mock driving test prior to my actual test, over a number of months. Ash was extremely reliable, very patient, helpful, informative, and provided a very comprehensive path from absolute beginner to (fairly) confident driver. As a result of Ash's expert tuition I attained my driver's licence after my first test. I highly recommend Ash and getUthere Driving School to anyone, especially if you don't feel entirely confident to begin with.
