Came here December last year to get our wedding cake. Two tier cake with fondant. It was super expensive, close to $600. We thought ah with this price, surely the cake will be very beautiful and taste amazing.
When we got the cake, it didn't look like how we wanted it to be. Its not the same shade of colour like we asked for even having provided them with photos. Was disappointed at this point but had no choice as wedding is the next day.
Half way through the wedding, we noticed the fondant of the cake cracked. Obviously very upset with that.
We ordered two flavours for the cake. One was red

Having had a cake from here before (a long time ago tho),however the last cake we just ordered on the phone was definitely not as nice.
First time ordering on the phone and not really knowing (mybe my bad) the heart shape (to put on top of cake)was too large and heavy for the cake and came seperatly!
Wich was tasteless .....and not ok .... I was trying to not be too nasty
And the whole thing was disappointing as it was for my son's birthday
Having sent them an email, I just feel the response was not worth replying to.

We went to the cake factory after quite some time today and the cakes were absolutely horrible!
We purchased 2 x 6” inch cakes and the chocolate cake was completely dry like it had been sitting there for days and had become stale! It had the smallest strip of icing in the centre (pointless even having it there) The cookies and cream cheesecake was loaded with cookies at the top and then had hardly any in the actual cake so couldn’t really call it a cookies and cream cake???

We ordered an Engagement Cake from The Cake Factory. It was outstanding! Huge chocolate curls and chocolate coated strawberries. The beautiful hand written plaques and lovely detail made it clear that this team take a lot of pride in their work. And most importantly, it tasted great! Thank you Cake Factory Team!

Yum! I thank god this place is not on a major thoroughfare, I always end up buying more than planned. The cakes & cookies are sooo delicious. Then there's the seconds, they always call me. Trays of custard filled cannolli, melting moments oh the choices. They also have bulk frozen saviour items, which I haven't tried. This place is a factory outlet not a fancy cafe/store, staff are friendly prices are great. This is a hidden gem & a fantastic saviour for those times when I don't bake but need to provide plate of food to share at my sons school...

The Cake Factory is in the thick of Malaga. There is a lot of twists and turns to get to this "bakery" which is really a warehouse. They are obviously pumping out the business, as large trucks were continually loading up and taking off.
I drove all the way from Bibra Lake to the Cake Factory for several reasons: 1) Savings and 2) Stock. Most bakeries bake the day of, so they need your order days in advance. Many bakeries didn't even take my call. And, because Cake Factory makes bulk (and are in a warehouse without frilly, fancy things) the savings is passed down to the customer
