This is the second time we have used Hopper Green York, they have exceeded themselves again. We bought our first home with them in 2020 with a new development, their expertise in reviewing the non-standard contract saved us was considerable and avoided any suprises the developer had installed in the contract! The next property was a commercial office, which they had the inhouse expertise to navigate all the contract and lender requirements. Excellent knowledge and service! Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
