Terrible service,,criminal behaviour.
I signed up on the monthly payment system as I've done with previous insurance companies over the years, before taking out the policy I enquired in regards to termination charges. I was advised that there would be a minor excess to pay, 4 months in on a 12 month term I've cancelled due to a salary offer and I've been charged $600+ to exit...what a rip..stear clear of this company...is a joke,,

Asked for a new business quote was told can't do it as very busy due to spike in business and staff not trained to take on load. Not take new clients just looking after old clients.. Well I'll take my business elsewhere.. Thankyou.It seems that 8 months ago you had issues with staff as well just by looking at your previous reviews.We if you can't handle new clients then I suggest you update google before anyone uses your site that due to lack of staff we are unable to take on new jobs then you won't have these issues.
