I just received the worst flavourless short soup and vegetarian fried rice. The soup tasted like dirty dishes and l have never seen meat filling just wiped onto the wonton!
The vegetable rice was gluggy and formed into balls and was tasteless.
As for attempting to make a complaint to Uber eats—— don’t even bother trying to navigate that site, it’s as shameful as the food!

Placed an order through menulog expected delivery time was 40-60 mins. Place the order 7:30pm, and it still isnt here. Called them and was told another half an hour or so. So all up a 2 hour wait on delivery. Not impressed. If you cant deliver in 40-60 mins, then dont advertise that you can. Intentionally misleading

I placed an order at 730pm tonight and waited until 915pm with no contact from the restaurant only to call and find out they haven't even cooked my food yet and would be another 30mins plus deliver time. The lack of customer service is enough to turn me off forever. I will never use this guys again.
Ps this is not the first time this has happened either, but the last time i use them.

Food was ok. But definitely not happy, placed order at 6pm, order was confirmed for delivery at 7.30pm, an hour and a half wait. Hadn't arrived at 8.14pm, called the restaurant and was told the delivery driver had left 20min ago. And didn't finally receive the order until 8.35pm. Two and a half hours after ordering.
Also paid the extra for extra beef, which on their menu should be no vegetables and extra beef, and the meal was half vegetables.
I would've been better off cooking myself. Will not be ordering from here again.

Have been going here since I was a young kid! Fantastic food and service! They are really great at accommodating allergies even in the their deals! Always friendly and quick, hot delivery as well as good for money! The honey chicken I would say needs a little improvement however we choose the sweet and sour pork now and that’s amazing! Short soup is a must too! Keep up the great work! Cheers Raquel

I ordered online and had to wait an hour and a half. When the food was delivered, the driver was absolutely rude. The honey was in a container, separate from the chicken, which was in a brown paper bag, all soggy. The special fried rice was stale and not special at all.
Iwould not recommend this place. Disappointed.
