The most legit Malaysian food! Bilal's boasts a very large menu with much to choose from, and the staff are very kind. We enjoyed everything we ordered, and left feeling very full and very happy ☺️ One to try if you're around Brunswick!

This unassuming place is worth trying out! The staff are super friendly and the place is comfy on a warm day. Don’t be fooled by the downbeat decor - The food is great! As someone from Penang who is by default very sceptical of roti canai in Australia, this place exceeded my expectations. Be sure to try their range of roti. Next time we would like to try their dosa too - if only I had a bottomless stomach! Also, unlike many places where you’re made to feel as though you have to rush through your meal, then rush off to clear the table, this spot is really homely because you can eat slowly and

I usually order chilli chicken biryani and it is always consistent and very tasteful. I live locally and I have tried biryani from various restaurants on Sydney Road, so fair they have come on top. I have also tried their roti/paratha rolls/martakab and found them equally good. The service can be improved though.

This restaurant is a hidden gem.. went to this place after ages.
ordered chicken 65
chicken vindaloo
hyderabadi dum biryani and the famous chicken murtabak with roti paratha
to my surprise chicken vindaloo was really best.
I wasnt expecting such flavours
2nd best was chicken murtabak..
I will be visiting this place more often and would love to try other dishes from the menu.
