The physiotherapist will educate you on your injury; provide manual "hands on" treatment, including Clinical Pilates. Where appropriate they will provide a home exercise program with a focus on a quick return to full function and self management. Developed by physiotherapists, Clinical Pilates is a combination of traditional Pilates and the most recent research into injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Would also mention that the receptionists dealing with arranging the appointments I think, are extremely professional, informative and helpful.
Stacey is great. Very knowledgeable and take great care in reviewing and treating my condition, a busted up low back. I cannot recommend her more highly.
