Experience: Our team is trained to deal with a wide range of conditions. We choose the most qualified and involved therapists to achieve your goals. Our senior principal physiotherapist, Katia, provided more than 20 000 treatments in Europe. She helped artists, sport professionals, dancers and others to reach best results.
We provide targeted physiotherapy treatments to patients suffering with symptoms affecting the head and/or the neck. The neck or cervical spine is important for the stability and posture of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and the whole head, but also, for the information sent through nerves, such as the trigeminal nerve controlling muscles around the jaw.
Global Postural Re-Education (RPG or GPR) is an innovative method of posture correction developed by the French physiotherapist Philippe Souchard. This method is present in France, all the southern part of Europe and the American continent. It has been practiced for over 30 years by qualified doctors and physiotherapists.
If you don't have pain or injury, the Global Active Stretching method (SGA) can help you to improve your sport performance and prevent future injuries. SGA method is used by many Sport Teams in the world, such as the National Volleyball Team in Brazil or the Real Madrid Soccer Team in Spain. Global Active Stretching originates from the RPG method and follows the same principles.

I have been to many physios over years with chronic back and neck pain. Katia is the best therapist by.far!
I am so fortunate to have “ found” Katia- she is very knowledgable, professional and competent.
Katia’s initial assessment is very comprehensive and she has an holistic approach to treatments. I have noticeable improvement after every visit.
We are lucky to have you Katia. Thankyou.

I have been a patient of Katia for over two years. She does outstanding work, I had severe issues with TMD , plantar fasciitis and spinal issues. Katia has done remarkable work on me and I feel ten years younger. I would highly recommend her as I had been to many specialists in the previous years and no one was able to help me before Katia. She is very professional and caring and is extremely experienced in her field . A BIG thank you for changing my life quality.

Katia at Be Well Physiotherapy was enthusiastically recommended to me by a number of ladies at the fitness class I attend, and from my initial consultation, it was clear Katia is a true professional and passionate about her work.
She is thorough in building up a client history and looks at the 'whole picture' not just a sore spot. Her techniques are different and gentle and at the slightest sign of discomfort, she stops and approaches the problem area from a different angle.
My new mantra is 'feet down, bottom down, chest down, head down,' which won't make any sense to anyone else, but for me

I couldn't take a step without pain. A hip replacement was no option because the risk was too great. A friend recommended Katia as a miracle worker, which indeed she is. I could walk better with less pain. Unfortunately I broke my femur. Thanks to Katia I was soon on my feet again. Today I walk 5000 steps every day without any pain, I'm 87years old. I cannot adequately express my gratitude.
