Going through the process of buying a home feels like an endless slimy game where those involved are only concerned with getting their piece of the action charging ridiculous fees for recycled documents. It seems to be a game of overlooking the details and avoiding accountability. I can honestly say however Stephen from Coffee Finance was true to his word from day one. He has provided everything he said he would and then some, assisting me with the entire process. I purchased my place just before the Christmas and without cooling off period. I was a little bit stressed if everything would be fine in terms of loan approval while everyone was on holidays. Lurie and Deb did a great job and I got my loan approval just before the New Year’s Eve. Thanks Laurie and all the team.

I made contact with Laurie at coffee finance after having some very difficult times with the banks... his attitude on the phone was super professional and we was more then happy to assist.
Within one week we had a pre approval and were able to start searching for our dream home. The whole process was smooth and seamless with constant communication and assistance. The whole team at coffee finance were incredible to deal with and without their help we would not of been able to purchase our home !
