The best legal advice is given by a lawyer who has invested the time to get to know you. When your lawyer knows you well, their advice can go beyond the simple question of the law and talk strategically to the best answer for your circumstances. We also believe that lawyers have an important role to play in their community.
When a family situation brings you into contact the law, it's likely to be a confusing and emotional time. While you need clear, understandable advice, you also need an empathetic ear - an expert who can guide you through the legal and personal situation and work diplomatically with all parties to reach the best result in difficult circumstances.
Our experienced lawyers will provide you with legal advice and assistance on family, probate, estate, property and domestic matters. Kent Law Group has a proud history of helping Gosford and Central Coast clients arrange their estates - we have more than 10,000 wills in our will bank. Knowing your affairs are in order for every eventuality is a source of great security.
Building your business affairs on the strongest possible foundations requires a combination of expert legal knowledge with a commercial understanding of your business and goals. We bring these together by nurturing the kind of relationships with clients where we truly understand their businesses and objectives.
Whether you're buying your first home, your next home or adding to a portfolio of investment properties, there's no room for error in your conveyancing. Although thousands of properties change hands every day, each transaction is unique and needs to be considered carefully to ensure everything is as you expect - today and in the future.

Jill from Kent Law Group was our conveyancer for both the sale of our first home and purchase of our current one. I cannot recommend her enough for her friendly professionalism, but also taking us through the process with such ease, regularly communication and support. On the day of settlement there was going to be a potential delay on collecting the keys from some in tree am miss communication with our bank. Jill worked with us (and exceeded her requirements) to ensure we we were able to still collect them. Thank you so much Jill!

My youngest son and my nieces and nephews, still have not been officially notified who is holding their inheritances until turning 21, even though the money was apparently transferred by Brennan Tipple Partners to NSW Trustee & Guardianship, last July 2016 - 14 months ago!
Also, the Will allowed that the parents could manage the grandchildren's legacies until the age of entitlement - but we were never given this option. Now their legacies will be eroded by fees and commission by the third party guardian.
Now, 11 months after my son's 21st Birthday, my son has finally received his inheritance
