At Central Coast Family Law we recognise that a family law dispute, whether it involves your property or your children, is a time in your life when the things that you value the most are at risk. Our aim is to help you achieve the best and most fair result possible to protect your family, your future and your assets.
Property Settlement can make arrangements to divide the assets accumulated or brought into the relationship between them in a fair way. A written agreement that is approved by court. This can cover parenting arrangements for children and financial agreements such as property and maintenance. We are able to assist our clients in either reaching an agreement about parenting arrangements for their child or children.
