I’ve used sunnyoaks before and thought I’d use again. Can’t recommend though. Agree with other reviewers stating no confidence in information given to me which I could to be incorrect, very vague in email communications all for an extortion fee $ 500 more than other quotes. I wasn’t impressed and feel they don’t deserve my loyalty. Sorry Kerry but your service was poor

Very hard to get ahold of, only really avalible via email.
After purchasing the house I felt nothing but regret that I did so through Sunnyoaks.
Clearly they think they're too big for their boots and do not care anymore

Kerry was fantastic throughout the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. Everything went very smoothly and was stress free throughout. Kerry found an error in my settlement details which I was able to rectify with my agent saving, me several hundred dollars. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend Sunnyoaks!

Having Sunnyoaks settle a property previously we decided to again utilise Leanne’s experience! Best thing we could have done as the settlement was extremely difficult and required expertise and a lot of patience! Leanne was simply amazing as she alleviated the stress and guided us through the entire process! Appreciated and definitely recommend!

Extremely happy with Kerry and the team at Sunnyoaks Conveyancing. They were recommended by a friend and lived up to every expectation. They were very professional and helpful the whole way through the settlement of my new home. I’ve just used Leanne and her team for the 3rd time in 4 years and as usual the service and professionalism was exceptional.
I am shocked to read some poor reviews on this site, as I have never found Leanne to be rude and my phone calls were always returned usually the same day. In fact Leanne even rang me after hours on the weekend to answer some questions I had.
Lovely lady and a great business to deal with.

RUDE. ARGUMENTATIVE. UNPROFESSIONAL.
Justine continually contacted a mortgage broker who set up the home loan previously rather than the bank. 3 days out from settlement they hadn’t sent the correct paperwork. Settlement was therefore delayed. This cost additional mortgage repayments. When attempting to chase Leanne for compensation for the mortgage repayments they lied continually about contacting the bank. DISGUSTING SERVICE! WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH CONSUMER AFFAIRS!

Shockingly bad. I've never experienced such awful service. Rude and argumentative, they seem to forget who pays them. Despite having all the correct details and being reminded twice, they still insisted on contacting someone not actually a party to the sale. Their incompetence meant that we had to make a last minute dash to the bank which made my 90 year old mother seriously ill. They seem to work hand in glove with Harcourts RE a couple of doors down who are equally bad. Avoid at all costs unless you like paying for bad service.

Warning Warning do not under any circumstances use this company for your conveyancing. The owner/director Leanne is rude, abrupt, does not return emails or phone calls, and is very quick to blame anyone but herself for the mistakes or misinformation she gives to clients. in 30 years of real estate transactions, this is the most difficult and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a huge favour and steer well clear of this unprofessional person and company. No stars extremely poor
