As a first home buyer, I was very much in need of a conveyancer who I could trust, and someone who was able to provide advice and guidance throughout the entire process of us purchasing our first home. Cally at Peninsula Property Transfers was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't have found anyone better. She was always prompt with communication, incredibly friendly and professional. When I had numerous questions she was always on hand to provide advice and made sure everything was in order so that our interests were looked after. Everything went through without any issues, and I have recommended

If you’re looking for a professional conveyancer who’s great value with a genuine, friendly and personal approach, it’s Cally at Peninsula Property Transfers.
Contract of Sale reviews were fast and recommendations were explained clearly. Her amendments were all agreed on by the vendors which meant I avoided potential fees and delays.
During purchase everything went smoothly and I was always kept informed. While the vendor’s awful big corporate conveyancer were terrible, Cally managed it all for me and I couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome!

Won't return calls, won't return emails, will lose paper work and will charge you about $200 per hour. How do I rate negative 5 stars?

Cally's service is exceptional value for money. You get top-end legal experience and friendly service for a local suburban price. She is far superior to the other franchise models around. Could not recommend high enough.
