These guys booked me in for a specific time, I know this as I planned around it and left an hour early from work. Then I couldn't get a hold of the technician assigned, then I was told I had been assigned a different one. I couldn't get a hold of them either. When confronted on the matter, I was told if I didn't like it, to look elsewhere.
I hope their trade skills are excellent because frankly, their ability to organise and communicate is atrocious.
I've gone elsewhere and have immediately appreciated my decision to do so.

Charge 300 dollars to diagnose broken ducted outdoor system. I told them to clean my system at the same time to get my money worth during the one hour charge. Cleaning was very sub-standard. Refuse to order part and fix the system after i told them to go ahead even though it was slightly expensive. Did not respond to my phone calls to check update on the part to be ordered. Do not use. Will take your money for diagnostic and run. Awful. Should be reported to a current affair tv.

Today is 31 December and our AC had issue and couldn’t turn it on, temperature is 42 and we have a 18 months old baby. We were so desperate, tried so hard to find someone to fix our AC everywhere was closed due to new year or couldn’t offer any service. I was shifting to new apartment and we need to shift my air conditioner from old place to new. and other companies charging me double price without any guarantee for damage. but expert team charged me very low price and gave the guarantee for replacement if any damage. They did great job without any damage. My AC is working perfectly fine.
