From the moment I called I knew that this company was different, I had just been burned by a fly by night air con mob that after install, and actually making broken air con worse, they wouldn't answer my calls.
But Riverview was amazing, they listened and came out as soon as possible to do a maintenance on my broken aircon, they were able to fix the issue to a certain point but it became very obvious that I needed a new unit as the unit that came with the house would not pass standards.
On installation they came up with novel way of going about strange placement and made less patching work for

After a long power outage our reverse cycle air conditioning system stopped working and came up with an error message I could not resolve. I rang Riverview Airconditioning first thing in the morning and Annette was extremely helpful in working out a way to get technicians out to us even though they were extremely busy. Two technicians arrived early afternoon and quickly fixed the problem, cleaned the filter and ensured all aspects were working correctly. They were both very friendly and efficient in their work.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Riverview Air Conditioning. We had Andrew and Mua come to do our installation, they were very professional and friendly, they did a very good job and it was clear that they knew what they were doing! They were also able to tell us exactly why our previous machine was not working. Not over priced and they took the time to show us how to use the new Air con too. We will definitely be using Riverview again! - Thank You!
