I've been buying beautiful flowers from Daisy Maisy for years and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The birthday arrangement arrived Friday and the two central gerberas were wilting and dying by Sunday. I phoned Monday and was told that this is normal for gerberas and roses in the September heat.

I was able to place an order Saturday morning for same day delivery and it was a spectacular arrangement for my sisters 70th birthday! She was thrilled to bits as was I when she sent me a photo! I was visiting Townsville and wanted to buy a bouquet of flowers for my daughter-in-law for her 30th birthday.
I was very disappointed with the customer service and general attitude of the woman who attended to me. The lady who was with me also felt that the woman was uncouth and not pleasant at all.
In general everywhere I visited in Townsville, the people had lovely manners and were very pleasant except for the woman at Daisy Maisy. Perhaps she is the owner or an employee. Either way, she's got to improve her attitude.

Daisy’s flowers have gone above and beyond to deliver flowers to a friend of mine who had back surgery. But he never stayed over night and the hospital wouldn’t collect the flowers for him. After days of calling and what not the flowers could not be delivered and the lovely staff have refunded my money. I truly do appreciate everything the staff did to make my friend and myself happy. Thank you
