After looking at retail stores for a ring, I couldn't find anything that was really suitable for my fiancée. I decided to check out Ashley and Douglas to see if they could design a ring that had everything she would like, and I'm glad I did. Both of them were exceptional in their craftsmanship, knowledge, customer service and were fair in price. They went out of their way to help, they took their time helping to design a ring, and they were quick to answer any questions I had. The ring was absolutely perfect for my fiancée and it exceeded both of our expectations.

We originally went to Ashley Douglas as they were the only jeweller that would work with Moissanite (or even knew what it was) in Brisbane. They were very helpful with making our custom rings a reality even when we hit some stumbling blocks with some custom engraving. I felt the pricing was more than fair considering the high quality of work this father son team outputs. I'll definitely be going back for any future jewellery needs.
