I have never purchased any jewellery online before now but I had been admiring a beautiful pair of citrine bezel drop earrings for over 12mths during all the lockdowns in Melbourne and decided they would be a special treat for my birthday from my husband!
And then in July I discovered they were sold 😒 - anyway, I called and spoke to Blondie who was just amazing and she managed to find me another pair of citrine earrings and posted them to me.
I am so happy and just love them, they are gorgeous - the citrine stone colour is perfect. My husband was happy too especially to “find” my birthday

I wanted to have a bespoke ring made to be copied from a picture and Sarah helped us plan for the result we wanted. I was very anxious about this decision because I had experienced a disappointing result elsewhere on a previous occasion.
Sarah took a lot of time with us initially while we made decisions on design and diamonds and assured us we could be confident that the ring would be as desired.

We are returning customers to Precious Stones for good reason. They have the most amazing and unique pieces of jewellery and the service is incomparable. We recently purchased a ring that couldn't be resized, so had to be custom made. An error by the jeweller meant it actually needed to be re-made again, this time with local Brisbane artisans. Sarah & Blondie go over and above to deliver.
There just aren't enough fingers, ears, wrists or necks to wear the jewellery I would love (my husband) to buy from them!

Their pieces are of the best quality and are individual unlike chain store jewellers.
The advice I have received is first class and the service is of the old fashioned variety they listen to my needs and there is no high pressure selling.
They take pride in the items that they are selling and if they do not have your requirements in stock quite often can have it made for you.
As for pricing I would not keep on going back if I did not believe

I've purchased a few pieces from Precious Stones and ordered a couple of bespoke pieces. I have never been disappointed! They have a huge collection of modern and antique jewellery, and every piece is unique - truly jewellery that lasts a lifetime. I particularly love antique pieces and gemstones, and they have or can source what you're looking for. The best thing is the service. The girls are so in tune with want you want and are very accommodating. Am enjoying all my pieces and have my eye on a few others.

I went in looking for a 20th anniversary gift (platinum) and sort of knew what I wanted, but was open to ideas. Emma and the girls were lovely and patient with me while I ummed and ahhed about different things. The there was the suggestion of making a ring for me, and allowing me to choose the stones. So they organised that, I went back a few days later, picked out the stone, worked out the sizing and it would be ready for me in 10 days, with independent valuations. I had given them what my budget was, and even though their price was more than that, they were happy to work with me and got it nearer

No jeweller compares to the A team at Precious Stones! We travelled from the Sunshine Coast for the experience... I was walking past the shop when this beauty caught my eye.. I just simply had to try it on and… it was perfect. I had tried on many engagement rings prior but this was special.. it was not forced I was drawn to it. Upon trying it on we had magnificent conversation and even champagne! It was the perfect experience 5 stars!!

My partner and I had both my engagement ring and our wedding bands made here. The quality of work is outstanding, but what really made this experience so special is the quality of the people. Blondie sat down with us and spent as much time as necessary listening to what I wanted from my engagement ring. Blondie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that every detail was how I wanted it to be.
