Our impressive experience in gourmet catering around Canberra has allowed us to excel in our craft.
For functions with more than 60 adult guests, our staff are provided for free, otherwise a small service fee applies. Our team will arrive four hours prior to serve time (unless otherwise advised) to begin preparations and to start cooking your food. For functions outside our service area, we charge $40 p/hour + GST (Minimum two hour charge per staff member).
Capital Roast also caters for those who require menus other than the traditional roasts. We cater to all needs from vegetarian, through to free-range organic meats, as well as culturally specific needs such as kosher or halal. Should your guests require vegetarian dishes, we can help. Simply specify the number of guests in your party who require vegetarian food and we'll make sure that alternative non-meat dishes are provided.
As a professional catering company, Capital Roast aims to keep all procedures to its simplest and professional form for our guests. Our objective is to provide all our customers with the best catering service they will experience. For the time being, sit back, relax and wait for our call! Despite repeatedly making a point throughout my correspondence with them that I wished to book their services for 21 Aug while we were sorting out numbers and menu, I was assured this was possible. Three weeks from the event I'm informed they're now booked for the day and can't do the event.

I could not fault Capital Roast on their service and food at our wedding. Great value for money and Julian went above and beyond to make our day run as smoothly as possibly. Super easy to communicate with and… all our guest commented how much they enjoyed the food and just how much of it there was. (we had a lot of huge eaters and still have plenty of left overs) Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a company for their upcoming event or party.

Capital Roast catered our wedding. It was absolutely amazing!! Easy to book, very helpful and flexible they made me a potato bake even though it wasn’t on the menu. My husband said it was the best potato bake his eaten!! Great staff they where easy to work with whatever conditions!! Friendly and highly recommend!!

Capital Roast catered for 140 guests at our wedding at the Yarralumla Woolshed. Julian and the team went out of their way to help our day go smoothly. Everything worked like clockwork from our perspective and they even helped with the wedding cake and setting cutlery on tables. We got heaps of compliments for the crackling! Only suggestion would be extra coffee cups on cold nights!

The Capital Roast team in Canberra are fantastic. They catered our work awards night and were so easy to work with and so helpful. Whatever we needed they catered for. The service was exceptional and very professional and the food was Devine. If you have not used the Capital Roast team I strongly suggest you do. I hosted an event and decided to use Capital Roast for the catering. Upon their arrival i was blown away by the high level of professionalism and service that they provided.
