Long time customer of la bimbi belco. All staff are super professional and lovely. I usually get my hair cut by someone else each time and the end result and quality are always consistent.
I really enjoyed the welcome massage that I received at arrival, but the last few times I haven’t got one but assume it’s due to COVID or something. I love this salon and Will recommend to anyone in the belco area.

The service and employees were lovely, however it is extremely expensive for what it is. I don't hate my hair cut, but it is really choppy and I had that very cut look. JUST a hair cut cost me $109, I've had my hair coloured at other salons for just over this amount. Cannot justify how costly the experience was. Will not be back

Came in once and really enjoyed the experience and the cut/colour. Went back a few days ago with natural-looking copper hair and needing my roots done. Left with PATCHY dark, maroon hair. The front, back and my fringe were all different colours. Called the salon, told them the situation and they agreed to fix it for free, swearing that it will eventually fade out to my original copper color. Have just washed my hair once to find that the front is, once again dark red. The back is plain brown. This is honestly, THE MOST AWFUL dye job I have ever received.

I find that a good hairdresser is hard to find and since moving to Canberra I have unfortunately had to go through a few before I found one I really like ie. gives me a good cut, listens, asks questions (is genuinely interested) and is pleasant. My original visit to La Bimbi left me disappointed, however, I decided to give them a second chance and have found Sara who gives me a great cut. Being very fussy I am hard to please but I am happy to say I'll be returning. Of course the massage before you get your cut and the obligatory head massage when get your hair washed and conditioned goes a long
