My wife would never say anything as she doesn't want to cause a fuss, but I'm happy to😊.
She came in with a double pram and the staff could see she needed help but none was offered. She asked for a cut and style and she didn't get what was asked for. Her cut was rushed and the dresser seem more interested in talking to the other customers, oh also the washing of her hair took about 1 minute to do. She's so upset and it's making us all upset thanks and I don't care for your condescending reply either 😀

What an experience! i cant thank Renee & team enough for my amazing Colour and Cut! finally hairdressers that listen to your individual needs through a thorough consultation and deliver what you ask for! for once i wasnt just a number in a busy salon.. i was treated as an appreciated customer by all the staff who made my visit pleasant and relaxing! if your wanting a salon to escape from the every day rush a stylist who listens to your needs than look no further! hair journey is your new salon!! ill definitely be returning with your first class service and amazing prices 💕💕💕

I went for a haircut at 4.30pm on Wednesday, 21/11/18 and unfortunately it will be my last. I will give it less than a star if I could because of my experience that day. overall, I got a really bad haircut and a lot of attitude from the hairdresser on this visit.

I am surprised that Hair Journey has any bad comments. I have been seeing Ashlee for almost two years now. Prior to seeing Ashlee my hair had been chemically cut by a hair salon, when they over bleached my hair! Not only is Ashlee and all the staff members easy going and friendly, they are super experienced and work magic on my hair. I am also a difficult customer as I am allergic to hair dye, and not once have the ladies made a big deal about it as some salons do!! The bleach they use does not damage the hair, and produces a nice natural tone to it!! I never heard of the salon before a Google

Renee has created such an incredible salon, with a great team of girls on board. I have received so many compliments over the years about my hair. With her many years of experience and knowledge in hair dressing and business, she is passionate, caring, friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
