I am delighted to announce that my team and I have joined a larger law firm, Atkinson Vinden Lawyers. Being in a larger firm provides us with additional legal and other support services and enables us to offer a wider range of services to clients, including commercial litigation and family law. Atkinson Vinden Lawyers is a very successful firm, which has its principal office in Chatswood and also practises in the Sydney CBD.
I have taken on the role of Special Counsel - Commercial Law. However, I also continue to act in the areas of property law and estate planning. You can learn more about Atkinson Vinden by visiting its website, www.avlawyers.com.au. Tyler & Co's phone number has been redirected to Atkinson Vinden, but you can also reach us on (02) 9411 4466, or at my new email address mtyler@avlawyers.com.au.

Services
We achieve this aim by limiting what we do to 2 areas of practice - business law and property law. We would rather be masters of those, rather than 'jacks of all trades'. Excellence in everything we do. We strive to ensure that the advice we give and the documents we produce are right. Whilst maintaining a strategic overview, we insist on thoroughness and attention to detail.
The NSW Government has announced a package of measures to improve housing affordability. The new savings scheme for home buyers are as follows: Stamp duty will be abolished for first home buyers on existing and new homes worth up to $650,000. For properties valued between $650,000 and $800,000, stamp duty discounts will be available for first home buyers.
The legal checklists below will help you put together the information required for the types of transactions and documents (such as contracts) they refer to. They're based on the instruction sheets that we use in our practice, and we've presented them as a resource for you to use when planning your transactions.
