Andy was outstanding! From my call to list the property Andy was on to it immediately - organizing paperwork, meeting with tenants, photos etc. Andy understands the market and was strategic in his approach to selling my property. It was a challenging property to sell and Andy took on the challenge with confidence. Andy has great people skills and built rapport with tenants and buyers. He kept me up to date throughout. I would like to say a few things about Andy, it’s easy to say nice things about some one who helped with a sale . Andy through no fault of his lost the opportunity to sell our house in Coolum Beach, this never prevented him from being a friend and a confidant .
The phone calls and repeated acts of thoughtfulness were the glimmer of hope I needed to keep me reminded that there was a light at the end of my dark tunnel.
I would like to point out to anyone reading this that if Andy could care so much about me and my welfare not culminating in a sale I can only imagine how much of himself he offers

Andy Lake was a great help in the recent sale of a unit in Coolum Beach and as an interstate vendor he kept in touch regularly. When a prospective buyer contacted him, also from interstate, Andy provided a video 'walk through' of the property, as they were unable to view it personally due to Covid-19 restrictions. They were the happy purchasers within a few days.

Andy was just a gem, he helped us all the way through the sale of our mums home. Andy sold the house to mum and dad many years ago so what better person to sell after mum passed away. He was also a friend to mum and would look in on her from time to time. Andy knows the right things to do to get a home ready for sale, and he did his best. He is a wonderful person and a great seller.

What a Team. Greg has looked after our Rental Property for as long as I can remember. So when Greg started Coolum Coastal Properties, it was a No Brainer to go with him. What a team . We have never had a Problem with the Rental property while Greg and Natalie are looking after it. So when we decided to sell, we spoke to Greg and asked what we needed to do . He advised us on modifying / fixing a couple of things , and organised to have them done.
