We are bound for the National Privacy Principles and will only use this information you have provided to us to contact you should a rental property become available.
Your application is a high priority, our office will endeavour to have an answer to you within 48 hours. However, should we have problems contacting your references this process could take longer. Upon acceptance of your application, you will be required to pay two (2) weeks rent to secure the property, you are required to sign the lease and pay the two (2) weeks rent within 48 hours of acceptence.

The team at Noosa Heads are flat out brilliant, a massive thanks to Patsy and Kellie who did the impossible and had me approved for a lease within 4 hours of my initial phone call, in the middle of a rental crisis no less. Kellie provided a very professional and detailed checklist of the things I needed to address prior to putting my property on the market for rental. Then with an understanding of my requirements, Kellie found an ideal tenant within a few weeks. I was very happy with the rental price and with the service Kellie provided for a few quotations and repairs on the property. Kellie then managed the relationship with the tenant prior to me putting the property up for sale. Well, it took just on 6 months into our rental to finally get blinds fixed in the master bedroom of the house we rented through laguna - and this was promised at the time of signing the lease, then, of course no rental receipts were provided until we had been in the home for about 9 months, and then on leaving - just after a year as the owner decided to sell the place, we reviewed our rental receipts as there was a discrepancy as to how far in advance we had paid, we were always 3 weeks in advance, but they had receipted our rental in-front of our move in date and one week had been credited to

From the moment we walked in we were impressed with the service from John he really was so helpful , we gave him no notice and he still got us through five property's giving us a wealth of expertise and advice about Noosa area, just what we needed. We left feeling excited and like we had found a great real estate agent for the future and then when the sale went through Kellie from property management took over and again we just couldn't be happier she's outstanding with the service and contact from Laguna staff .
