Bought some flowers for delivery to a friend who was having an operation and organised it for a certain day. My friend never received the flowers on the day I organised for delivery. No notice at all. Rang the next day to be advised they decided it wasn’t worth it for them to deliver that day so they decided to deliver it the next day because it suited them better. Would’ve been ok with me but it would’ve been nice to have been told. Would never order from here again.

I cannot recommend Julia and her team for their help with our wedding flowers. I actually learnt new information about flowers as Julia was so knowledgeable and helped us select the right flowers that encapsulated our vision for our wedding,, along with being in season too.
Our guests could not stop commenting on the beautiful bouquets and the table decorations at our wedding reception. Te honour and pleasure was truly ours in working with you and thank you for making our wedding that extra bit special.

Julia and her team are simply amazing!! I have very little knowledge about flowers but I had a vision and whilst I did the worst job expressing what I wanted Julia somehow knew what I was after and absolutely killed it. Our bouquets were stunning and I could not believe how perfect the flowers at the venue were. Julia was fantastic to deal with. Nothing was ever too difficult and she was extremely patient as I was so indecisive and working on a budget. Cannot recommend Bouquet Melbourne more highly
