I have emailed this company several times as I was incorrectly sent the wrong samples and wanted to get the correct ones sent before placing an order. This was back in November and I’ve heard nothing. I have sent them messages on Facebook with no response either ! Very unprofessional.

Extremely frustrating and stressful - ordered 20/8/2021 (so 8 weeks now even though they promise 5-8 days) and still no update on our invitations. We consistently have to be chasing our contact for updates.
I'm not one to write reviews but this is appalling - the service was great with the gentleman at the start of process however at the design/production just got worse and worse.
I was expecting a much better service for the money we paid for this..

I just wanted to say that as you can imagine working with Giant Invitations I was anxious as I was working via phone calls and emails to get the perfect wedding invitation (I live in WA). I wanted a particular style and finish that was a little different to what thay had sent in samples, so was relying on the fact that Giant Invitations understood my vision and what we I was wanting through these calls and texts.
When the invites arrived again was a little anxious and to be honest did not tell my daughter (who's wedding it is) that they had arrived, but when I opened the box and saw the invitations

I have order many items to Giant Invitation from the first postponed wedding in 2020 to our actual wedding in 2021. At the beginning hey always been very reactive and helpful. However after ordering my welcome sign, which cost double as anywhere else, This is when the disappointment came. The sign have been lost in delivery because they haven't… been able to put the right address on the package. This was probably the fith time I was ordering from them. Nobody was able to help me to either contacting the shipping company or organizing a refund. I have multiple times😫😩😩

Horrible experience with this company. Their website promises a quick turn around, yet it took 6 weeks for the invitations to be sent out. This was due to their ridiculous editing process where you can send in changes to be made, though don’t be fooled because for the most part whoever is on the other side can’t follow simple instructions meaning you go back and forth with them for days until they eventually get it right. Then once this tedious process is over, you get a call from the owner a day before they’re to be sent out saying that the set you ordered don’t match at all. Though since

Ordered some wedding invitations from Giant Invitations recently. The invitations came really fast and the editing process was super speedy and effective. They look stunning. Absolutely terrible customer service. They didn’t proof read any of the information and my invitations came with the incorrect postcode. They say things only take 12 working days to get done when really they take 12 working days just to respond to emails! After all the issues we had with our invites, we finally get them only to discover our rsvp… cards were printed a size bigger then they should have been and didn’t fit in the envelopes.
I would highly NOT recommend these guys for any invitations you need, anything that could go wrong did! absolutely disgraceful.

We choose Giant invitations as they had a huge range of different designs and allowed us to have to option of sending samples before we brought them. All the samples sent were well packed and presented so we knew they would handle our actual invitations with the most respect. Do not waste your time & money on wedding invites at Giant Invitations. Our wedding invites were not ready by the set time they had promised. When they finally arrived we were missing half the order. They forget to send us our RSVP cards & wishing wells. The next mistake was sending us wrong sized envelopes. Our RSVP cards were all cut crooked and most of responses have been lost in the mail, due to cards being printed in very small & faint ink. I would NOT recommend using Giant Invitations due to their poor service & sloppy printing of cards.

I received my wedding invites from Giant Invitations a few days ago. I live in Sydney and my fear was that the invites weren't going to arrive the way I ordered them. Well, the invites arrived just the way I ordered. The communication between Giant Invitations and myself was constant, they had me updated on progress and gave me a time frame so as… to when my invites would arrive. Would recommend them as we loved our invites and couldn’t fault them, they were beautiful. Though what annoyed me is that we didn’t get any discount off the order, but when we received our order via post they had included a discount voucher for us to pass onto family and friends. So they didn’t give us a discount for our $1000 order, but gave us a discount code for any future orders? Not sure how that is fair or works. Anyway, lovely invites, just a crappy set up

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW WOW WOW!!! when my invites arrived i was literally blown away by the quality of the invite. they were exactly how we wanted them and it was the easiest process to get them done. they arrived much faster than the expected time frame and were of perfect quality.
plus ever since we handed the invites out we have had nothing but compliments on the invites being the nicest anyone has ever seen!

Unfortunately great designs reasonably price. But very bad service. Had sent artwork but had to go back and forth so many times cause they weren’t reading instructions on what to put on the art work. Resulting… to a massive delay. All that the end they advertise a number and they don’t pick up or call you back. They just prefer to on chat and email. So before you to try to pick Australian made and think you may get better service think again.
